The Pharmacy Benefit space is very complicated. Even though self-insured employers are responsible for 100% of the cost of health care for their employees, they often do not have the expertise or tools to select the best pharmacy benefit partner. Our goal is to empower benefit advisor to be able to act in the best interest of their employer clients. We have a passion to look for solutions to bring down the overall cost of care, while maintaining a high quality, competitive employee benefit.

Christine Johnston
Co-Founder and President

Christine Johnston is a co-founder and president at Foundational Pharmacy Strategies. Christine has been a consultant for over 20 years focusing on pharmacy benefit management. Raised by two pharmacists she understands the value of the pharmacy benefit to an employee. She is an accomplished Pharmacy Benefit Leader and Consultant with a demonstrated history of managing costs and improving processes. Prior to founding FPS, Christine led a small pass-through PBM. Christine is committed to bringing down the overall cost of care, so that people don't have to choose between groceries and medicines.
Kelly Prymicz, PharmD
Co-Founder and Vice President of Clinical Strategy
Kelly Prymicz is a co-founder and leader of the Foundational Pharmacy Strategies clinical strategy. Kelly is a diversified pharmacist with over 15 years of experience balancing patient care and outcomes with a fiduciary mindset whether consulting for self-insured businesses or operating within the Veterans Affairs (VA) system. She is a PGx certified pharmacist that has a passion to leverage data to drive action-oriented solutions.
